This month the North Campus Research Complex (NCRC) welcomed the first denizens of the Institute for Healthcare Policy and Innovation (IHPI), an interdisciplinary effort that brings together a slew of the University of Michigan’s diverse populations with vested interests in healthcare, including:
- Medical School
- Public Health
- Public Policy
- Social Work
- Institute for Social Research
IHPI’s mission statement is to:
Enhance the health and well-being of local, national and global populations through innovative, interdisciplinary health services research that effectively informs public and private efforts to optimize the quality, safety, equity and affordability of health care services.
