Yahoo Lecture Series: The Shape of Being – Technology Design, Human Values, and the Future

Dr. Batya Friedman, professor at the University of Washington’s School of Information, will be discussing the interwoven aspects of design and computing technology on human values – particularly in regard to medical device security, privacy, and international justice.

When: Thursday, February 28, 2013, from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm (Eastern time)

Where: Ehrlicher Room, 3100 North Quad (the simplest route is to enter via the double doors on E. Washington & N. Thayer streets, and take the stairs to your right up to the Ehrlicher Room)
